Yes. And If I could be invisible at will, I would love that, too.
Other people who are loud sometimes startle me. They often think it's funny. I don't.

I was considered so stealthy that I actually acquired the high school nickname "ninja". People actually addressed me by this name instead of my real name. I always thought it was just my social ostracism causing people to ignore me, but people would actually talk to me if I approached them, so it had to be more than that...

And, yes, I have been a toe-walker for my entire life... nothing wrong with that...

I walk very quietly; not really consciously trying to, that's just how I am. I don't play my music loudly either. I hate shouting to get someone's attention, too.
