And feel your power, in your hands, heart and feet - stand firm and do not waiver, be strong - because as you pull, rake, clear and bend - so your muscles will elongate and be energized with oxygen, making your grip like steel and your will like iron. You, gardener, warrior, steward of the land. Reap!

And they can help you - so together you'll be able to become self-sufficient - living off the land with delish organic veggies, herbs, nuts and fruits. Not to mention the health benefits of doing the work, not to mention the family togetherness, the sense of a job well done etc. etc. etc. And did I mention getting4 gorgeous strong bodies in the process?
