Exercise is a cure for depression but it does not work for chronic loneliness

Right ! Arent AS folks supposed to be uncoordinated?

I'd love to see an AS support group performing the Thriller dance.

Most exercise I find kinda dull. Maybe I'll join a dance class :)

dancing is not about been coordinated, unless you’re in a group or with someone, anyway people step on people's feet, make them go flying, or knock them over, laugh it off...

No one knows if you making a mistake unless they know what you’re doing.. You just need a large mirror to see how it looks, or a camera that you have live feed to see how it looks...

Well I did country dancing & all that other stuff in school, & I did not step once on someone's foot or bump into them or forget what the moves were... Practice Practice & practice some more... as you can see most of them are out of sync, only people who practice together allot get coordinated...

Exercising with a friend helps with that. I felt much better when I had a running partner.
