Lately I feel like my aspergers is getting worse, maybe even crossing the HFA line. I've been exhibiting a lot of new symptoms.

Like, I've started toe-walking a lot more and hand-flapping a lot and the new symptom is sometimes, when I'm thinking really hard, I'll start moving my hands faster than the speed of light in random motions.

What's going on with me?

it's not a case of going into hfa,as those traits are well within asperger to-they are the same thing when it comes to 'high functioning',there might be other things setting it off,like hormones,changes,problems going on etc.

Well, the pill certainly didn't help and I am going through a considerable amount of stress.
That's probably the case.

Thanks. =]

I once wrote a long list of reasons that I've heard people cite for why they're experiencing something like this.

Frankly adolescence seems like enough to do it on its own, but there's always other things, and I'm probably biased because I experienced a massive set of shifts in abilities throughout adolescence.

I will buy stress, the world is getting bigger and changing fast, it seems you cannot keep up, and that is the time to bag it.

More time alone, a long hot bath, make sure you get enough sleep, keep regular hours, keep your homework done.

Boring is good for you, better to be on the top of your game half the time, than falling behind all the time.

Shut down, battery charge, reboot.

When going through a desert, make sure you drink water. Not too much, not too little, pace yourself, rest durning the intense middle of the day.

Teen life is an effort. You will not miss anything by taking care of yourself. It is an age when you have to learn how, that food and sleep stuff works.

I find that drawing brings control to my hands, and gives my mind a pleasent task. I do not draw well.

Also, at least for me, time without having to deal with language, and time without having to deal with people, are as essential as sleep, which means I have to take that time every day. If I forget for long enough, then language comprehension/etc just starts cutting out on its own at critical points in time instead of more voluntarily taking a break from it.
