Those are skewed tests. I'm more likely to guess something actual about a person-not what they are 'acting' to show me.

Imitated expressions are not expressions. My guess at imitated expressions is not so go because they are false to begin with.

My thoughts exactly.

You have recognized 17 affects.

This means you have got a better result than 33 percent of the present probands.

Honestly, the distinction between contempt and disgust was kinda silly and ill-defined

***edit***

And I got 3 correct on the 2nd one. It is difficult to tell the difference between 'contempt' and 'happy' for instance, or 'anger' and 'disgust'.

Four right on the second out of ten (three of the contempt ones as I've been said to have that look, i.e., tilted mouth, and one sad one which was easy).

The first paged timed out at 17, I couldn't be bothered doing it again.

I got 18 in the first one.

4/4 of Joy
0/4 of Fear (It said: 'You got mostly mixed up between fear and surprise')
3/4 of Disgust
3/4 of Surprise
3/4 of Anger
4/4 of Sadness
1/4 of Contempt

And I didn't take the second test. Seems not to work for me.

You have recognized 19 affects: better than 54%.

Joy - 4/4
Fear - 1/4
Disgust - 4/4
Surprise - 2/4
Anger - 2/4
Sadness - 3/4
Contempt - 3/4

I got 5 on the second test, and one of those correct answers was my second guess.
On the first test the expressions seemed obvious and overdone... idk.
