I've learned how to shift negative mind states toward positive through willpower alone. As a result, it's virtually impossible for me to remain angry or upset for very long.

At first glance I appear to be hot tempered. But if you look under the surface, my temper is caused by my almost constant feelings of frustration. Frustration just builds and builds. Until all that's left is me with no resolve whatsoever and nothing but seething frustration.
