I don't think you can become "more autistic", but you can become less able to cope with your autistic traits, for various reasons.

I think that pretty much sums it up. I have started 'acting a bit more Autistic' since I began mixing with other Aspies, not because I'm regressing but because I'm finally in a place where I can let my hair down.
