I think that was Aspergia.
Yeah. That and I really don't like orange.
Gay Pride Day seems to be different days in different places, so I'm not sure it's a week before.
At least an identical flag would certainly get confusing.
One person I know made up a rainbow moebius strip as an autism symbol. I like that one.

It's not just AFF. A lot of people have been using rainbows to represent the autistic spectrum for years. Just not usually the same appearance as the gay pride rainbows. (For instance autistics.org uses a rainbow logo, just off the top of my head. And so do a lot of other sites.)

Visually the ribbon is nice, better than a single color and no pattern.
I do not need to be cured or fixed or even solved but I in a rare moment of empathy realized that we are not the only ones on the spectrum that there are autistics that can not care of themselfs and can not function in any manner in socity.
I have meet several and without a caregiver by their side they would never make it.
There are those on the spectrum that do need help and if a medical treatment was available for them I would support it I think maybe?
Those that can not create or learn coping stratigies should be entitled to a "cure " if they wanted it or if they were capable of decieding. If they are not capable of decieding for themselves then the parents or caregivers would have to make that deciesion for them.
