Hardly ever.

Got flu-like symptoms in December, but they were chemical induced...

I rarely get sick, unless I go swimming. Then I get a nasty case of swimmer's ear.

I get a cold once or twice a year. Thats all. I never need to take a day off work (but maybe thats because they always come at weekends or holidays). When I travelled to India I was hardly sick at all compared to my ex husband who was ill constantly. And I ate and drank everything except for the water itself. Very strong stomach I think.

That's impressive!

I get sick maybe once a year- twice at most; and it's ALWAYS an infection in my ears/nose/throat.

One other weird thing that I've been getting every ten years, starting in 1990- excruciatingly painful stomach aches..to THIS DAY, my doctors can't figure out why...

could've been stress related. Well, in two years, we'll find out :)

Rarely ever get sick, but it is easy to living in a residential home even if very healthy.
At the last res.home am lived at,one of the residents was always bringing home flu and colds and she would cough and spit in her hand, and wipe it everywhere or cough when near others,so they get her germs, once someone had got rid of it,she'd give it back again, she is the horrible aspie lady [have mentioned her many times here] who liked being sick for the attention it got her,she acted like she was dying when she got a cold so she could go to the doctor.

Am luckily do not get fussed over when sick because am do not have the visible side of sickness [unless it's getting sick, the rash with trigeminal neuralgia etc],most of the time am do not know what is wrong with self anyway, staff always automatically suggest am sick when have what they call challenging behavior.

I'm very open to stomach related illnesses, but since those don't count... It depends. I usually check a cold in the winter and then have it for the rest of winter (yay for the approaching spring; I don't have it anymore); about every two years is when I'm catch something bigger. Worst time ever was flu, bronchitis, and an ear infection all at the same time; fortunately, that hasn't been a repeat (yet).

Of course, the climate is a big thing... In the warmer months, I rarely get sick (allergies not counting, of course). And in warmer climates in general, I usually only get ear infections.

I don't get sick that often. Nothing other than the common cold. So I never really get sick.

I get colds all the time from a lack of sleep, usually. I need to take better care of myself!

This is very interesting!! ! Damien (5yrs, HFA) is hardly ever sick. I don't recall him having a cold last winter and has only had hayfever (allergies) and reflux.
But he almost always seems 'snuffly' in the nose :?
