The only bad part is I LIKED therapy, Oh well, it will free up under funded resources for soneone who really NEEDS it. :|

Yes, I've read somewhere that it's actually counterindicated—at least insight-oriented therapy is. It was supposed to be ineffective at best and harmful at worst; I'm sure there can be exceptions, and some forms of psychotherapy are more pragmatic, so it's not all the same.

What kind of therapy was it, anyway? My doc suggested role-playing, but at my age I don't think that's a good use of my time.

Very insight oriented talk therapy, not usually good for aspergers, but psychology has been my hobby for 20 years, so I suppose that helped a bit.
