Will Ferrell: I suffer from voice immodulation Tina. I'm unable to control the pitch or volume of my voice. Also known as Van Horton's Syndrome, VI is a recognized psycho-medical condition which you may have read about in Newsweek or Crack Magazine. Numerous prominent Americans suffer from this debilitating disease Tina, including the guy who played Rodge on "What's Happening" and tennis great Pete Sampras.

Me as well. My specialty is an English accent. i don't know what type of English accent it is but people say it sounds more "natural" than my regular voice.

I've listened to Pulp so often that I think my accent most closely resembles Candida Doyle's, because I can (and sometimes unconsciously do) imitate people's voices perfectly.

I used to. I used to talk very quietly.

Now, I talk at a good volume and speed.

Voice regulation seems to be a common problem. Mine is usually OK if I'm talking about something ordinary, but if it is a topic that I'm really interested in then the speed of delivery and the volume go way up. People are often telling me to lower my volume or motioning with their hands that I need to "lower it".
If I'm in a public space or big social occasion it can be a little embarrassing when I discover lots of people are staring at me like I'm from the "wrong planet". 8O
