Hurting yourself in times of stress

i sometimes(read rarely) smash my self against fall

I bite my hands, punch my self, cut, bang my head,punch walls,ect...ect.

Yes i beat myself all the time especially when im angry, i headbang, throw myself on ground as hard as i can, punch myself in the head, chest, i bite harder, i take my nails and try to scratch off the top layer of my skin, i pick at my skin so bad that i make myself bleed, do it all lol. Wow i sound like i got probs lol, thank gosh for my biting pillow, she saves me a lot lool.

Being Normal Is Vastly Overrated

If I feel very anxious for whatever reason and want to appear calm, I dig my fingernails into my skin for the distraction. It doesn't cause any damage, though I've scratched myself to the point of bleeding a few times.

I used to bang my head against the wall and bite myself, my girlfriend at the time wouldn't let me do this when she was around and she was always there to comfort me and hold me back from doing this. She would then always promise to make out with me or have sex with me if I didn't hurt myself. I still miss her after all this time.
