I had my "Supervision" at work today (i.e., meeting with my boss to discuss my progress) and she was full of praise for me, so I'm happy! Today was a good day.

Also, I'm looking forward to the three-day weekend (because of Bank Holiday Monday) and going to the Mayfair in my village :D

Congratulations!! :D Enjoy your three-day-weekend, and have fun at the Mayfair! :)

My day has gone from busy to bad. I've been fined £100 because some financial paperwork has not been submitted to the authorities by my accountant. Even worse I'd already paid him to do this work nearly a year ago but he "forgot" leaving me in the sh**. So I'm MAD AS HELL at the moment and got a mess to sort out. (He's now fired by the way)

That really sucks TallyMan, is that the Inland Revenue that fined you? I don't like dealing with State or Federal agencies. Your former Accountant needs his ass kicked. On a brighter note, your Charlie Brown in a Gi is a cool avatar.

Today has been okay. In all truth, not a lot has happened so there isn't much to talk about. Actually, why are my best days always the ones where not much happens? Then again, nothing much happens in my area, apart from the occasional fire, bus crash or tax fraud involving the mayor and his cronies. And now that I'm going off onto a tangent, I suddenly have lots to say. To top it all off, I have a 3-day weekend to look forward too, with brilliant sunshine predicted. 8)

Well other then being briefly called to the office at school for accidentally running a school-bus stop (I wasn't in any trouble, they just wanted to make sure I realized what I did) I have had a good day.

I'm pretty much always at least content (I went to great lengths to ensure that), but right now I'm a little confused about what to do about the girl I went to prom with last week. Of course I almost feel like I'm not supposed to fully comprehend it, and I should just trust my instincts. She is about as shy as I am, so that complicates matters a bit further.

Mine's going good. No one showed up at the trustee meeting to challenge me or anything, so it's looking like my bankruptcy will go very well.

I saw a good movie for free at the theater, In Bruges. Otherwise an uneventful day. Nothing wrong with that so a good day for me.

Ironman was great. I saw it yesterday. My theater actually showed it a day early. I had an OK day today.

My day was good. The weather was really nice. I only had to be at work for 3.5 hours. Hardly anyone talked to me (so nice to focus on my work without interruptions). I listened to The Empire Strikes Back score at work. Had some wonderful strawberries, and moved at my own pace.

:D

Firebird, agreed that Iron Man was great, it should make a lot of money and revamp Robert Downey Juniors career. My day today has been very lazy. But not bad.

Horrible.

I accidentally let my dad find out I had been using my other credit card again & really upset him (he pays off my cards so he has a right to be upset!)

Then I have been really "aspie" all day for some reason & keep doing weird things.

Like, I apparently "pushed in" to the queue for the drinking-water tap. I wanted cold water & they were busy making tea/coffee, & the tap was free so I went for it. They complained & said they were in a queue for the hot water, whereas I had thought they were just standing around talking, & faffing around with the milk like they usually do.

So, just to make a bad situation worse, I decided to explain how I "didn't understand the process" for making tea because I never drink it, which is why I didn't realise they were queuing for the tap, and just for good measure, that I couldn't understand the point of going to all the bother of making tea anyway, when it was so much easier just to get a glass of cold water. "Yes, I know, I'm just strange...." - and this to someone who, with her friend, already thinks I'm a rude freak & goes out of her way to let me know it!

Then I was (apparently) talking loudly & getting over-excited so that other people could overhear what I was saying to a colleague (so what if they could overhear - the other people nearby weren't even in our team, so why did he give a flying $&^*% whether they could hear me or not?????) so I said "I wasn't talking loudly, this is talking loudly!! !" & everyone looked around & stared. (That was only at about 2/3 volume, by the way!)

These are only the worst things I have done today. And I feel really shaky & like I want to cry, & I don't know why. It's probably to do with the credit card thing, I suppose, but it sucks!

I have a lot of day like this. Sometimes I just want to put a sign on that says "Don't look at me, don't talk to me."
