If I get stressed out at work it becomes almost impossible to do anything productive for the rest of the day. It's the main reason I need staff for a couple hours every other day, to help me clean and run errands because I have trouble willing myself to do them if I'm stressed out.

Anxiety makes me more "autistic".

I always have a high level of resting anxiety, so even a slight change of my routine sends me into the stereotypical rocking/flapping individual. (I've been rocking more often than not this past month.)

Stress makes me much worse and in fact it makes my pills lose effectiveness. No amount of pills would help me if there is enough stress. I start freezing and even going catatonic, I "lose" my ability to speak and sometimes having as what the doctors call them, delusions. When I was younger, the stress was so severe that I went psychotic for a brief period of time.
