Hi Folks,

The bullying started in grade 6 and continued through school. I was strangled unconscious by two much bigger lads in year 11 as we waited for a teacher to come to the class-room. I told no one as there was no point; I realised I had to fight my own battles - no adult was ever going to be there all the time to protect me.

I am sad to say that bullying [in more sublte forms] has continued to be part of my life experience as a professional, even working in welfare services for developmentally disabled/different people. Some NT professionals cannot seem to help themselves, but it also seems to be an inherent "ingredient" in politics and personality issues in any NT social network. It seems to be a game they play naturally against and with each other and it is not taken personally. It is a bit like sport for some of them.

So what do you do when you don't want to "play" anymore, have a nervous breakdown trying to keep at a game you can't win? God I had one and I realized that it wasn't worth my sanity to keep up with people's crap. So I've made it my business not to let people run over me and treat me with disrespect. Grade school is over with and I don't tolerate grade school behavior toward me.

Punch him in the god damn nose hard and fast.... then go for the jaw.... Then uppercut hin just under the ribcage.... If he's still standing, drive the base of your hand into his chin or nose, then claw your fingers into his eye sockets and pull his head back and continue to punch him.

Go from 0 to 100 instantly.... punch him and don't stop at the first punch, keep at him at a very fast pace.... He will be confused and disoriented, so move around a lot and keep hitting him from different places and angles.

The problem with fighting back is,more than likely it'll be the innocent person getting the blame for it if a teacher spots it,it's incredible how much bullies get away with.
