It is very difficult unless I am isolated for more than 4 hours a day with a guarantee of absolute silence.

I find it very easy to enjoy all my interests. Books, games, movies and TV. I only stop enjoying them when depressed.

All of my interests are easy for me to enjoy. I work at a library, so I can check out any book I want. Cats are easy for me to enjoy because I have so many of them.
