The only form of "electricity" that I fear is lightning in a thunder storm...it can be deadly.

I'm an electrician, so no, I'm not afraid of it. I do however have a respect for it, since it is a force that can kill you if you're not careful with it. I feel it would be weird to be afraid of it since it's constantly around and even in every one of us. When you walk across a carpet and touch a doorknob and you feel that little shock, that's close to 1,000,000 volts (at a very low amperage). Also, every time you move a muscle, that's an electrical impulse going from your brain to the muscle you're moving. Your body is completely controlled with electricity, it's essentially what connects your brain to everything else.

I wonder what a Thunderbolt from a Pikachu or any other electric-type Pokemon would do to you?

I live in the middle of nowhere, far away from human civilization. I am serious, there are some areas where I live that electricity hasn't been invented yet! I live in the 1800's. At least that is the year of what my town that I live in is. To prove it when I first mooooooved here 8 years ago, cable TV wasn't invented at our house so we had to have satellite for awhile. Then there is a bowling alley and when we first moved here there wasn't automatic scoring. Too high tech. They just put it in this year. Wow! It took them 500 years to update it. Then more recently our movie theater doesn't have the technology to have 3D movies. When we saw the "Journey to the Center of the Earth" which in most theaters it was 3D but not in ours. We had to go to another theater in a higher tech city. Our town is trying real hard to get with the times but it just takes awhile. There are other 3D movies coming out this year and we won't be able to see it in our theater here in Cow Town USA. There are more cows than people out here. When you go outside, you sometimes hear the cows mooing. Real high tech. That is why I say we are 200 years behind. The government is 200 years ahead (400 years ahead of my town). I ain't got no, techno!
