I have unusually large feet for a female. I must buy shoes in the men's department, because the women's department rarely has big enough shoes for me.

I don't know about the nerves in my mouth.

You reminded me of a curious incident with dental anaesthesia. I seem to be too resistant to it. One doctor had to apply it to my molars FOUR times and I would still feel everything. She had to perform the surgery anyway, so I endured it.

A similar thing happened to me. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed, but the anaesthesia wasn't working. My dentist applied it twice, but I still felt everything. I ended up having to endure her pulling the wisdom tooth while feeling everything.

Somehow I've always felt proud of having small feet.

If only I had happy feet...
