I have always liked lights on way better than darkness.

I hate being in the dark when I'm not entirely sure where that chair is, or whether I'm about to hurt myself on that sharp table corner that I can't see :P
Other than that, I like the dark for relaxing in my room. Having the lights off is better when listening to music too.

I like darkness if I'm outside. But if I'm inside... 8O

I'm a night-owl too. It's probably quite common, I imagine.
Less irritable things, less stimuli and less noise around to distract you.

As a child one of my most favorite things to do is run at night in the dark. I'd run through the woods and across fields. ahhhhhhh good memories. I love the dark, especially outside in the dark.

I absolutely love the dark too. Light is tirening and hurts my eyes. I prefer the dark. Right now I'm sitting in a dark, windowless room. I can't wait till winter when it'll be dark most of the time. :D

I like both day and night. I do seem to be more comfortable in the dark than any of the NT's I know. NT's act like they are blind, and get even more uncomfortable because I don't like using a flashlight unless I absolutely need to. Without alarm clocks, my body seems to gravitate to being awake from 10AM to 3 AM. But I love the twilight of evening, when the streetlights and signs are all lit, but it is still bright enough to see everything. It is a magical time of day and I love being outside for it.

I love the dark too, I hate brightness. Everytime my mother comes to my house the first thing she does is put the light on and says "how can you possibly live in the dark?" Well she isn't in my shoes so she wouldn't know :)

I'm afraid of the dark but I do like that everyone is asleep and everything is quiet. I also hate the sun; it hurts my eyes.
