mmmm chilli. Love em. Don't know the specific names, but I've come away from a few situations with burns to the skin on the outside of my mouth and fingers. Lots and lots of panting and water. I haven't met a chilli meal or sauce that I haven't been able to consume. I have met a chilli that almost beat me though. I eat them raw when I'm testing them, and one almost stripped the lining from my mouth. Not sure what it's called, but it was small, round and yellow. I'm officially labeled mad where I work. I used to drink tabasco straight. I just love strong flavours. Garlic, chilli, dark chocolate, espresso, curry, kimchee, wasabe, ginger.... Doesn't have to be hot, but hot is better.

Yeah! Hot salsa, tabasco, green sauce, curry, and 10% capsacin paste! But wash your hands before using the bathroom! I can eat these without pain, but I start to burn after taking a leak if I'm not careful!

I love rollercoasters, but I will nearly run and hide from spicy food. No hotsauce! I like bland or sweet foods. The only salsa I like is the Newman's Own Pineapple salsa...Mmmmm...tasty...

I like dried habeneros, they almost have a slight chocolate taste, I don't beilve in using milk to cool the burn, try lime jello, it seems to help cool the mouth down. A favorite snack is pickled jalapenos on cheese and crackers

I love strong flavored foods, including spicy hot peppers. I used to drink Tabasco sauce straight too. The spicier the better, but I also enjoy dark chocolate, garlic, wasabi, ginger, spicy Chinese or Indian cuisines, etc. I'm not a big jalapeno fan though...it packs heat, but not much flavor.

I put hot sauce on just about anything. I like different ones...have a whole arsenal of sauces to choose from in my pantry (regular Tabasco, Chipotle Tabasco [has a smoky flavor excellent with ketchup!], chinese hot pepper sauce, a Mexican hot sauce, etc-the name eludes me at the moment). I change them out depending on what I'm eating.

Some of the things I use to remedy the burn are celery, some dairy products (though I am allergic), & bread products. Water only spreads the burn...not the best choice to help!

I guess you could say that it's a sensory thing! I'll eat most anything if it has a strong flavor....it's texture that gives me the most trouble! LOL

I used to love hot stuff when I was younger, but after a while, I got bored of the heat and nowadays I go for whatever has a good flavor. I usually just go with traditional cayan pepper sauce...always gotta have a bottle of Red Hot in the fridge \m/

I like that Sriracha sauce on everything.

That stuff rocks, too \m/ And really, it seriously does taste great on almost everything. I've put it on noodles, rice, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, etc...only thing is it gives you nasty garlic breath for the rest of the day :x

Oh, and I don't like jalapenos, just don't care for the flavor at all...but I'll eat poppers, the cream cheese masks the flavor a bit.

Well, I don't really care for the taste of peppers, but I can am generally always trying hotter/spicier things. I also thrive on garlic and onions- to the point where I occasionally eat an onion like you would an apple.

Yep, I like the hot food, especially chili peppers. The habanero peppers are pretty darn hot and I don't normally eat them unless I mix them into something else.

This post is starting to turn into an Roswell Alien Eating Guide.

Yeah, you feel it in the nose, which can be a bit startling if you didn't expect it.

It's even worse taking out contact lenses if you've cut up and prepared the peppers. That hurts! (Also, you might not have felt anything when you take them out, but a little might get on the lens, and then you feel the burn when you put the lens back in the next morning.)

Unless you meant caffeine, you might not want to say that on a public forum.

My Dad had an import quarantine waiver and once brought home something like this from south america.
He called it "gyros de sol"... hottest capsicum i've had... but still delicious.

The only chilli sauce I've had that I didn't like straight from the bottle was "Blairs sudden death sauce"(made in New Jersey), but I put that down to the pure pepper resin.
