I love going new places! I am easily bored with routine...new places are always fun to check out, since I have no prior experiences there. I just wish I had more money so I could travel more!! !

I'm going to Jerusalem for the weekend and I can't wait, yay! There's this event where lovely private homes and institutions usually closed to the public are open for everyone to visit. I'm going to an artists' village (where St. John the Baptist was born and the Virgin Mary was pregnant with Jesus) and to many other places. I just love going to Jerusalem in the weekends, it's my only happiness in life.

I love to travel. I love to take photos when we travel. I have a strange perspective sometimes so my photos reflect what I see.

I have been all over most of North America and Western Europe other than Ireland which I want to see at some point. I am also interested in visiting some areas in South America and I am curious about Australia. I love to travel! But right now I can't, kids and money are the biggest reasons.. but the kids get older and I can only hope that eventually finances will allow it. Lets hope because life is too short.

There's travelling... and wandering..

I'm with Pirx on that one. (That's Lem isn't it?)
The destination is irrelevant.. it's the journey that beckons.
I can deal with travelling... but I hate deadlines.. thus I prefer to travel solo with no fixed endpoint.

I was addicted to hitchhiking... I liked meeting someone new, in a generic environment and practice revealing hidden aspects of my personality. Tabula rasa.

I love immersing myself in strange cultures... and just absorbing the ambience.

I like sucking the history out of architecture and climbing monuments.

I like collecting stamps in my passport..(I'll never forgive the EU)

I'd really like to visit China, Taiwan, Japan, Greece, Armenia, Germany, Russia, Peru, Ethiopia, Mongolia and Vietnam...but I'm broke.

Why Armenia? Because I have a really good friend who is Armenian and is studying political science here in the US to become a government minister for Armenia. Armenia also has a lot of history behind it and it is said to be the very first established Christian kingdom.

I like traveling but only if

1.) I can bring all my stuff, for a one week trip I take enough to keep me entertained for a couple of months
2.) I get to say in control for the most part and keep my routines for the most part
3.) Cells phones, and other stuff like that are left behind, after going down the road listing to cell phones ring for six hours you will know what I mean.

I have always loved traveling. In fact I have been on the road my whole life since I was a baby. My family always went to Montana to see my grandparents so that was me on the road and we also went to Wisconsin. I even flew in airplanes most of my life under 12 years. We didn't fly when I was 9 and 11.

My family was always out doing things when we go to unusual places, especially when we be seeing my relatives in Wisconsin. In fact they always brought our stuff along. Back then flying was no big deal. You could bring as much stuff as you want and check it all in of free charge and the fares were cheaper too back then and kids flew for free.

Haha, with me it's the opposite! I think airports, planes and trains are very exciting, but I don't like arriving anywhere but home.
