What is the chance that a child of a person with AS will also have AS?

I think "to be aspie" is similar "to be tall". A very tall man will probably generate a all son, what is usually reinforced by the size of mother, probably tall too.

Girls generated by very tall man won't probably be as tall as him, but will inherit and pass this potencial to her descendants.

Well, wondering if I had answered: 87%...

I don't know, but I don't think a person should fear passing AS onto a child. I have one child and he is HFA and he means the world to me. When I think about him growing up and possibly having kids one day, I have no fear that any of his kids will have autism or AS. I would love it if he could be a parent some day. I have no fear of autism in that regard.
