am also hated bed times at light as the only way was able to understand time was through light- meaning day routine and dark- meaning night routine,also just wasnt able to sleep anyway,am still the same way with both.

am think its torture to be forced to go to sleep in the light/day,light and dark affects melatonin doesnt it.

Yeah. It changes depending on whether your body thinks it's time to go to sleep, and light is a big external cue. I take melatonin supplements because apparently something's wrong about my circadian rhythm--it's really erratic unless forced.
