Agree. It looks navy blue to me. Whereas the 'blue' is a royal blue.

Maybe the person who did the chart was color blind.

This never happens to me. Not that I can remember at least.

But then, I don't differentiate with words much. I'll just call something green and not 'blue-green' or 'dark green' or 'army green' and so on.

I'm very very good at identifying and comparing colours, but spontaneously naming these various nuances correctly... forget it.

I only have trouble when colors are very unsaturated...I can't decide if it's green or blue, so maybe I'll just say gray.
