Your gender and age of diagnosis (for Asperger's)
Male and diagnosed before age 10 8%  8%  [ 7 ]
Male and diagnosed between ages 11-18 12%  12%  [ 11 ]

Male and still undiagnosed (diagnosis is/would have been necessary) 4%  4%  [ 4 ]

I got a semi-official diagnosis at age 18 1/2, but I got the official diagnosis at age 19; I'm a female.

i cant even remember the age it was either 5 or 6.... maybe 7 , probably 6

It seems that there are a high percentage of females that were diagnosed in adulthood.

Why are there so many of these threads, all with exactly the same topic? Can't we condense them all into one thread and make it a sticky since everyone seems so fascinated by this topic?
