Love beads and sequins, gems and jewels. Iridescence is a glorious thing, I love oil on water or the sliding, shifting colours on the surface of a soap bubble - I could gaze for hours. Too, too beautiful.

I have some really cool marbles. I even like playing with those glass drop things you're supposed to use for flowers. I sprinkle them in the garden and in our sandbox. Mostly blue and turquoise.

Yes - bubbles are way cool! There's this one kind - Miracle Bubble(r) or something - where the bubbles come out in different shades of iridescence - like, blue, yellow, pink and clear ... (Its like magic how it comes from the same bottle but I don't get hung up in the chemistry.) I just love blowing them - especially at sunset - for my daughter, of course!

I also love ice. Ice is a beautiful thing, especially in a more crystaline form, not like ugly snowy ice that looks like someone puked on it, but beautiful ice that has a very smooth or crystaline shape to it, and has no impurities to taint its appearence, except maybe some nicely laid out air bubbles.

This reminds me of one time when I was in an airplane over Greenland. We were flying over glaciers, and it was one of the most magnificent I'd ever seen. But then the stewardess made us all close our blinds because they were showing some idiotic movie. Apparently "Dumb and Dumber" is preferable to the beautiful shapes and colors of glaciers.

when you get the staff made, post a pic of it!! !! !

i know exactly what everyone has been talking about. i love shiny stuff, crystals, gems, glitter...yeah, stuff like that. when i got my class ring i designed it so that the gem in it had the most brilliant cut possible (not a real gem, but still, it's really pretty). half my room has all these polished stones and stuff like that so it looks really cool.

mitharatowen and Padium, i absolutely love fireworks too! :D

I first have to find someone that will make a staff out of it. When I do that, I want to be a part of the making of it, so I have say in how its made. I know what I want it to look like I just dont know of anyone that would do it for me.

Speaking of gems, I love Mystic Fire Topazes! They're man-made gems but they have all kinds of two-tone/multifacted shades!

That's the most common color. There are others too, though.

I want a big one to put on my desk and stare at... That is an amazing thing. I think if I had one though, my work wouldn't ever get done.

I like staring at things that move. This is going to sound strange. I love staring at snow flakes floating down from above on blustery winter days. There's just something about snow. It's mystical to me.
I like colorful things too, lights, clothing, houses, furniture, whatever. I like unusual colors more than traditional neutrals. I like shows on Discovery like While You Were Out and Trading Spaces when they redo the rooms, especially when they do something really interesting and far out. It inspires me to do stuff around here.

Snow.

My dad used to bundle me up and take me in the truck when he plowed at night. We lived in a state park and he did the road maintenence when it snowed. He would wait until night, because he said it was easier plowing at night.

I still remember how the spray from the plow would shower down in front of the plow lights like thousands of diamonds, I used to be entranced, it was beautiful. 8O

I love shinnies and glitteries. Additionally a lot of shiny stuff also has a "slick" texture, and I love slick textures.
