How having AS impacts upon your life

You mean like having a mental operating system?

Semantics.

I suppose one can have something physical like a brain or a liver.
Or something pathological like the flu or a broken leg.

But AS, what is it?

Is it just an extreme natural variation?


What about the concept of intelligence?
Do you say
"I have intelligence"
or
"I am intelligent"?


How can one "have" something that is to all intents and purposes invisible?
The only clearly "visible" things to the average person are the effects consequences of one's behaviour on the environment.

Perhaps it might help if I could step outside myself (or at least see a video recording of my behaviour) lol
