The poll is only to get a broad feel of the general opinion, not a legally binding vote. Also, there are several less than ideal aspects, such as lack of multiple options, people voting who wouldn't attend anyway. If you set up another poll asking "What is the LEAST favourable month" you could well find that July wins that one too!
June is by far the wisest option, which is why I voted for it
