Hey, let's do this again for New Years! I'll make barbeque pizza (my mom's old recipe made from rolled dough topped with barbeque sauce, lots of cheddar and ground beef), also some breaded chicken livers wrapped in bacon, and of course, lots of my special shell maccheroni and cheese. It'll make all of you pull your chairs up to the buffet table and start munching as I often do!

Recipe for lazyman jacket potatoes (or Neuroman Ala Jackette in honour of your birthday)

1. Get potato
2. Clean it
3. Put some 'breathing' holes in it
4. Put in microwave
5. Cook it
6. Chew it
7. Digest it
8. (deleted for graphical reference)

it's my birthday this week too! oooooh, another cappie! hurrah! joint b'day party then, neuroman? can i be dead boring and bring the organic vegetarian option? and chocolate, obviously.

LOL, I am making Pad Thai with organic vegetables and NO shrimp because I tried them ahead of time and the texture sucks. Organic onions, bean sprouts and cilantro and the salad is organic mesclun mix.
Also made bean soup with celery and organic boullion.
And chocolate of course - let me find that bar...Chapon, 77%. Cocoa from Ivory Coast, Mexico, Venezuela and Madagascar. I'll start that one after I finish the Dolfin 70%.
Don't tell anyone I am a closet vegetarian...

noooooooo! heresy! jacket potatoes must NEVER be cooked in a michaelwave - they're HORRIBLE!

done in the oven, slowly, for all that lovely crunchy skin wossname. and then plenty of butter...

um... these are Lazyman potatoes... I mean, who has the time to actually cook them properly when WP is so addictive.

I'm not sure if this would work for either Vivi or Jack, but I can tell you that everyone that eats my lilikoi pie loves it. It's basically a key lime pie but with lilikoi (aka passionfruit) juice instead of lime. It's got graham cracker crust, condensed milk, egg yolks, fresh lilikoi juice from my yard and whipped cream on top. I LOVE lilikoi = that's what my avatar is BTW (a pic of a passionfruit flower).
