Aspies are all brilliant at math. - I'm Average, since I have no great love for maths.

Aspies can't play sports. - I can swim very well. I'm just extremely bad at team sports and anything involving coordination.

Aspies can't drive. - I'm learning and doing quite well.

Only children and teens have Asperger's. - I'm twenty one and was only diagnosed last December.

Only males have Asperger's. - We're the minority within the minority.

Aspies are people haters. - I only dislike people as a collective.

Aspies are incapable of sarcasm. - Yeah, right.

Aspies are sexually deviant. - If that means being borderline asexual.

Aspies are in constant fear. - High anxiety levels, but not constant fear by any means.

Anyone who acts differently from other people is mentally ret*d. - Sure, I guess I'm socially and emotionally ret*d, but my intellectual faculties are above average.

Aspies don't get married. - We'll see.

Aspies are static. They don't change. - Everyone changes with time. I certainly have.

Aspies don't feel emotions. - I do, they're just not as clearly expressed sometimes in comparison to other people.

Aspies are all atheists. - I'm Agnostic.

Aspies are not into fashion. - I loathe trends if that's what you mean. Also, when I think 'fashion', I think 'fashion industry', I then think vapid, superficial, pretentious artsy BS.

I loved PE when I was a kid because of all the fun games and then it started to suck when I got to middle school, it became all sports. I did t-ball when I was 5 and soccer when I was 10, 11, and 13 and I did softball when I was 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 19 and I did track when I was 10, 17 and 18. I also skied and I like swimming.

I'm different than other aspies here. I seem to be closer to NT than lot of them here because I can drive, hold down a job, take care of myself, pay my bills, manage my money, clean. My ex could do all those things too and he was aspie.

Okay, one thing that is usually true, SOME aspies have difficulty interpreting sarcasm. It might be preferable to put a disclaimer on a post like this instead of just LOL.

Well, I certainly can't. I have, like, no hand-eye coordination. I can't catch or throw very well, either. Oh yeah...I also have Scoliosis...that doesn't help, either. I can't ride a bike either, and don't even waste time trying to teach me. I have poor coordination skills.

Maths
I am crap at maths. Mathematics are to low level for my way of thinking. I often have ideas that I know can be implemented in mathematics though. Einstein used mathematics to describe E=MC2 but I wouldn't be surprised of he was rubbish at maths.

Sports
I am good at rugby, so I assume I would be good at football to.

Drive
I can drive a manual pickup in central London, so I could easily drive an automatic in the States.

You would think so, with the amount of "assistance" available to adults. I still don't know how the gov't is able to cut off assistance at 18 as they acknowledge there is a problem and provide help up until that point. I guess AS magically disappears at that age.
