trying to get a 'rise' out of people because it's funny. the current slang on the internet is 'lulz'. an older term that means the same is 'kicks'. Instead of "I did it for the kicks" people say "I did it for the lulz"
Trolls can be mean, just stupid (literally some act ret*d), they may be funny, etc. Trolls can be pretty nice people (especially with 'trolling' not being concrete; arguably holding an unpopular opinion just to debate people is trolling to some, etc).
also read this article (personally I don't agree with *everything* in the article, far from it. But it is still useful information.

(and I mean they are mean to people first excessively; especially to me). There have been times I have said 'no stop being a dick' or similarly.However, I will admit to trolling in debate team. But Debate team allows you to troll; it's encouraged in a way and I inform them it's only a debate and not serious

That's trolling. More accurately, counter-trolling. There's a saying on the internet. "Trolls trolling Trolls"

Some people thought I was a really good troll when I was younger though I didn't troll.
Also yes aspies can be trolls. I know two aspies who were involved in trolling organizations (one guy was a part of the Gay n****r Association of America and Penis Pump 4 Life, and the other guy is a general chanfag and /i/nsurgent). Also there was this other aspie I remember who was involved in trolling based off what some anon said.
Also note that I use the term 'trolling' loosely. I include internet wars and site invasions under 'trolling'. (and crapflooding IRC or other IM channels, redirects to nimp, goatse, etc; posting 'funny' images on forums, etc)
