Why can't my friends understand /me/?

Which was pretty offensive yes, but what i want to know is, why can't she pick up on how I'm feeling?
Because the processes that allow her to know this are not occurring on your end. You are not producing the non-verbal cues that grant others insight into your internal mental/emotional state.
These things are not universal in their specifics (verbal language is a reasonable analogy; every culture has verbal language, yet we do not all speak one universal verbal language). Non-verbal expression and interpretation are culturally mediated and learned in response to stimulus as a result of species-typical learning pre-dispositions.
You can learn to better express non-verbally by learning (explicitly) some of the techniques involved, and then becoming somewhat proficient at deploying them. This is a lot of hard work though, and you will never have the same automatic and effortless and versatile competency with these things that non-autistic people are characterized by.
You can start (without needing assistance from others, and perhaps while you check out the viability of classes) by investigating information about non-verbal cues (often referred to as body language). You can probably google a number of resources on the internet, and I expect you local library will also have useful resources in the non-fiction section.
Dude, most people DON'T get those with ASD. I know my girlfriend doesn't understand me. She appreciates me, but doesn't "get me"; her mom THINKS she understands me, but doesn't really. My best friend SORTA does, and beyond that no one really does.
My Dad doesn't get it, my room-mate doesn't get it, my room-mate's girlfriend doesn't get it, I doubt my co-workers do, most of my friends don't get it, etc and so on and so forth.
Don' let it get to ya. If they don't, they don't; nothing you can do about it.
