That is exactly it. Thank you for putting it into better words. Thanks for your entire post actually, it's nice to see that someone can relate.

I also would like to mention that my brother doesn't have ADHD and he is very much NT all over. This is more evidence that ADHD must be real because if it was down to our parents, wouldn't both of us have it?
