Yes I once interviewed briefly cure autism now and that was what they were trying to do, help the ones most effected.

I say that the possibility does exist but isn't anything automatic.

If they have the intellectual capacities to do it, autistic people can learn to do things that come easily to non-autistic people.

similarly, some of us have natural abilities for things that have to be painstakingly learned by other people.
