On the plus side...the kitchen was very tidy, and there was some thought put into the production.

I don't make iced tea like that. You should never boil tea, since it brings out the bitterness in the tea leaves. Cold water should be brought to a boil, poured over the tea leaves or bag, and then left to steep to the desired strength.

I haven't watched the video, but isn't the aspergers style of making iced tea to make a cup of tea and then freeze it?

The Southerners call it "Sweet Tea." Which puzzled me greatly, when I moved here.
