excuse me if I plan on sticking with something that I know won't kill me. St. John's wart causes loads of heart problems. And if you read my post completly, I say I love it because it stops my OCD behavior, the side effects are an annoyance. and the active ingredint in St. John's Wart is chemically similar to other drugs. For example, digitalis is used as a heart med, you would most likely suggest fox glove. Thing is fox glove contains digitalis, of which the drug is derived.
