One day I was at work (ER nurse - not the most happy place in the world) when one of the docs walked by me and said "Smile!". I'd had it. I took him aside, and I said, "You know, I have severe depression. Sometimes it's just impossible to make my facial muscles do that" Boy did he ever apologize. LOL

ER and other critical care nurses always amaze me. For the most part they are grumpy as he** until they walk into the patients room. Then they're all smiley and happy. Then they walk out again and rip someone's head off. I mean this with respect and admiration. You guys do something I could never do, and if you have to vent on the other employees so you can be smiley for Mr. Johnson, so be it.

You truly are another man after my own heart. I can't believe I'm asking this but do you know a place called Wonderland? And I'm equally as tentative about bringing this up but have you ever been through the Looking Glass?

THE GREAT ASPIE MAN will be a symbol to all the world! And beside him there shall be a depressed Superman, for he has lost, and Aspie Man has won. 8)
