Going places tires me out too, especially if social interaction is involved. I don't like loud places either.

Part of it is AS, part of it, at least for me, was having to endure forced socialization as a child and to some extent, early years of adulthood.

Some days better than others. No consistency here. Most days I don't feel up to going anywhere. Then other days I will try to do 8 or more places, and sometimes only need a few days to recuperate. But if I force myself to go somewhere when I don't want to, I may go into a tailspin for a couple weeks or month afterward.

I get exhausted but in a way I think it's nice. The feeling of coming home and shutting the door, the silence etc... It's nice.

I never really thought about it before, but yeah. After I've been out doing stuff I usually just come home, sit down, and recharge. Even if I haven't been gone that long, it's like I feel a need to just relax for a while.
