Not everyone has access to trained mental health professionals. Without self diagnosis they would just have to suffer in silence and get no help at all. If I didn't think it was likely that I had aspergers I wouldn't be on this forum.

To find support online about your condition, others like yourself, and a somethings that helps explain why you are the way you are?
