I also love the one that says "If you're Aspie and you know it, flap your hands"! My dad likes that one too. 
If I ever got diagnosed (which is unlikely), I'd definately buy that! Although, everyone would start singing "If you're happy and you know it" when they saw me wearing it, and that could get annoying.

I've just typed "autistic spectrum disorder" on this site that makes anagrams, with some hilarious results.
