I don't mind being in crowds such as malls, stores, etc. What I do get anxiety from though is being in groups where you have to interact with several people and keep the conversation going because I usually have nothing to talk about.

Yes, in many ways I've never been fond of crowds whether it has been during times of going to a shopping centre or trying to navigate the sheep-like patterns of movement whenever I tend to walk through the premises of the local university.Anyways, I'm not saying it drives me into an overload just, that I can't seem to remain comfortable in those environments..

I don't get shy in crowds, but they sometimes do overload me because of all the noise etc.
