I just wear tshirts and jeans usually but with a slight hippy twist to it. I hate tight clothes or anything on my neck so I'm really fussy when buying things like jeans because they're always too tight, unless I buy them from a charity shop becaue they're already worn and stretched then.
I have gone through many phases with fashion, goth, emo, scene, tomboy etc...

Left to my own devices, I'll wear jeans, a T-shirt, and a hoodie. Every day. Everywhere. I am comfortable like this, and it feels good. Cotton everwhere! Hemp is also nice and soft.

If it's a really bad day and I need some comfort, I'll wear a very tight-fitting long-sleeve T-shirt under my regular T-shirt. This feels good.

Unfortunately, I have a job which requires me to dress up a little. It's not at a law firm or a bank, so I don't have to dress up a lot, but no hoodies, T-shirts, or jeans. I guess the dress code is the equivalent of most places' "casual Fridays", so it's not like it's particularly uptight, and on our casual Fridays i can get away with my preferred dress. Still, Monday - Thursday require decent clothes, and I hate it. It feels weird, it feels awkward, it feels uncomfortable. It's distracting and causes emotional distress.

My mother would probably burn my clothing collection if she found out what I wear when she's not around. She buys me all these "cute" girly clothes that I only wear when she makes me.

I wear jeans all year long. I hate shorts. It can be 110 degrees and I will be the person in jeans (but they have to be soft, kind of baggy jeans).

I wear old t-shirts (both long and short-sleeved) most of the time, or a Life is Good shirt. That brand has the SOFTEST clothing, even the tags are soft, and I like the colors. Plus, a lot of the shirts have animal or outdoor themes, which I also like. Right now I'm stuck between two shirts (I wear the same few shirts for weeks or months at a time, and then sometimes switch to a different few). I also like old sweatshirts. I do not like shirts that are tight around my neck or that have scratchy collars.

I hate shoes. Once I find a pair that I can tolerate, I will wear them until they have to be duct-taped back together. This also drives my mother nuts. I do like socks, but it is not uncommon for me to be wearing winter clothes and walking around barefoot.

My favorite jackets have always been old Army field jackets. I have one now from Vietnam and I wear it all day long, even inside my house. It's 40 years old, so it's nice and soft. And it has pockets!

I don't really like hats or anything on my head that doesn't have to be there. I only have three that I will wear. One is a Cubs visor that is really, really old and faded. Then I have a camo fishing hat that looks like Crocodile Dundee would have worn it. The third is a really soft winter hat that has fuzzy ear flaps. That one is the best.

Clothes that are quiet topic

For me, clothes must be quiet so that I do not think about them on me--this includes shoes, socks, etc.

If I can feel them on me or I need to adjust, then they must GO.

I have floor length skirts I wear. I like tank tops. I wear those things even in the winter, I have a hoodie I will put on over it. I also have this green hat that I love. I'm a new bracelet junkie as well. For the past four months or so I have worn 53 beaded bracelets on each arm just about every day.

Jeans, t-shirt and the same ole zip up hoodie. I need to get another, maybe different colors? When it starts getting chili out, i will only take it off when it's time for bed or if i have to go out and use a heavier coat.

I hate turtle necks...refuse to wear them. Not too fond of long sleeves either.

Not too picky, but not too stylish either. My son is worse than me. No tanks, no long sleeves or turtlenecks, no shirts that have sewing in the middle of the shirt or thicker sewing on the arms (to add different color stripes), no button up shirts, no shirts with colors. Also, his pants can't be noisy, like those gym type pants. Sweats...can't be tight around his ankles. No short socks, like those ankle socks. I have a heavy winter coat for him, brand new from last year. He refused to wear it. He wore his old ripped, far from repair everyday to school last year. I threw it away. Almost time to get the new coat out again. May have to go buy yet another coat for him. Oh, and when he was little, i had the harest time getting him "use to" wearing pants when it got cold, and jackets. Then again, he had to get "use to" wearing shorts when it got warmer out. Basically for him, jeans/shorts, regular t-shirts and hoodies.

I wear what I have. Jeans or loose pants and shirts and sweater. Most of them are cotton or polyester.

I'm quite particular about my clothing choices, luckily I've found a few standard styles that work and I stick with them.

Shirts: I have a stack of t-shirts, some geek/book themed, others plain. All dark/earthy tones; brown, gray, navy blue, black, real green, dark green, deep red. For long sleeve shirts I have a few flannel button downs, and a couple oxford cloth button downs for when I need to "dress up" for work. If anything is long sleeved I have to be able to roll up the sleeves to be comfortable. Tags are an absolute NO.

Pants: I found one style of Carhartts- dungaree fit 12oz. duck cloth work pants and I have several pairs. They are the only pants I wear. They get more comfortable the more they are worn and they protect my skin from feeling breezes and most other things that could brush my legs and bother me. Plus they handle dirt well and don't stain easily, which is a plus when you prefer the floor to tables and chairs and are accident prone like me.

I have a few hoodies that I like to wear over my t-shirts when it gets cold, and avoid wearing my jacket until I absolutely must.

Plain dark shirts/long sleeve(winter) & track pants for most of elementary school.

Then i got use to jeans.

So now it's just plain dark shirts and jeans.

Loathe anything with a tight collar, buttons(golf shirts) or logos/images/designs.

Winter apparel is the same expect one long sleeve sweater and a big, heavy winter coat. (It's in good condition considering it's close to a decade old.....)
