What if the real practical joke is that the 'confession' was the truth?

Lots of people use "Just kidding!" as a way to excuse bad behavior...or as a red herring to distract from it...

THis should be a real illness diagnosis- there are people out there who really have it. I "Topeka-ed" it and it doesn't exist. LOL

It was definitely possible that the confession could've been real though. I think we've all heard of stories where people fake everything online. Not sure why anyone would fake being an aspie though :lol:
