Those were my thoughts, but poor or not: real is real. It is what it is! I grew up with BASIC 1.1.
Assembly (not assembler, see here:
wiki link!) is a very low level programming language.
Because it is so low level, it is in fact more efficient, and with A LOT OF TIME and effort you could produce just about anything with it you wanted. Good luck though, because each commaind in assembly is equal to one processor command, and processors need to perform hundreds of thousands of things, or something to that effect!
