I also hate summer. Too hot and sunny.
I much prefer fall and winter, or even
early spring. I need to be covered up -
I do wear short sleeves, although I prefer
long, but I can't wear shorts at all. I'm
also sensitive to direct sunlight.

I'm fortunate to live in such a low-moderate region, it rains often (providing an excuse to stay indoors), the winters are mild (barely any snowfall), the summers have at most a month of high temperatures ( more than 30°C) and the Spring and Autumn are moderate as well.

My small, insignificant country may be hidden away between global giants but the biggest natural threat we face is some mild flooding.

Well. Where I live there is no snow 8O There aren't many distinctive seasons here. The temperature doesn't go below about 40°F, and infrequently goes above 90°F. It's rather nice. It's foggy all year round though! I hate when the fog burns off and it is bright .. I have really light eyes so it burns. I wear long sleeves or a jacket because my skin is kind of transparent. :| That's an exaggeration.. I'm just pale. My favorite season is fall, because I turn purple-ish-blue in the winter.

I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible. It just drains me and gives me a migraine. I used to love it when I was younger, living in California with the lovely dry heat. I don't mind warm weather because I hate being cold, but at least with cold you can add more layers.

I love the sun and the heat, but I HATE Humidity and seeing as how i live near Canada, its always very humid or very cold, never a good in between. winter, rainy days, coldness makes me suicidally depressed.

I love summer because water is warm, interesting creatures are out, and UV has psychological benefits for me. It's bad if you're just standing around though. I like hiking under trees, or being in water. Because the sunlight hurts my eyes and makes me dizzy.

I LOVE the heat and humidity--my depression lifts in that weather. I like to mow the lawn in the middle of the afternoon when it's >90 F. I especially love to go canoeing when it's over 100 degrees air temp and the river water feels like bath water. I also love to go camping when the lows are around 75 degrees and I can walk around after dark in a swimsuit top and shorts and not be chilly at all.

Everyone thinks I'm nuts, and I know I'm in the minority, but I find a scorching, sweltering summer day/night quite agreeable. :)
