I did rather well in reading and writing at school, but I wasn't no better than the other kids. I meant I was just average and I kept up all right. But in school I was either average or below average, never ahead of the rest.

Although I wasn't a ''smart student'', I still didn't look like one. Like our school got strict on how we wore our uniform; we all had to have all our uniform in it's neatest condition, and only the few very good students had their uniform immaculate all through the day, whilst the majority of students undone their top buttons when teachers weren't looking, and untucked their shirts. I actually went around with my top button undone (not untucked my shirt but that was OK), and usually when you have your top button undone most of the time, it doesn't always show that you're nervous. Some students with anxiety issues kept their uniform immaculate all day because they were nervous of being told off by teachers.

I think you should rephrase the question, as it lead me and possibly others to believe you were asking something else; I thought originally, that you meant 'good' as in behavior-wise.

Also, when you said something along the lines of "only those who have an ASD"- assuming you meaning you only sought to include those officially diagnosed...again, you should probably rephrase that, knowing some people may see themselves as having and ASD, without necessarily having been officially diagnosed.

...I did not participate in your poll, as I am not yet officially diagnosed, but will say I say I get good grades; not excellent, but nevertheless great all around- besides Art and English Literature.

I graduated high school with a B average, but struggled with algebra and geometry, so I don't fit the stereotype about being a math genius.
