I don't find my muscles going limp but if I try to focus on more than one thing at once I almost always drop something/bump into something etc.

I did once build up so much stress from working through meltdowns etc. that the right side of my body started to go out of my control... I got a tingling sensation all down to my fingers and toes and had difficulty moving that side of my body. Makes sense, I guess, as I was probably putting too much pressure on the left side of my brain (which controls the right side of the body) to try keep on top of everything all the time, and I was ignoring meltdowns because I didn't even know I had Asperger's at the time!

So if taking some time off for a couple o days doesn't work, go ahead and investigate more, as it could be a nerve/neurological problem, maybe even mini seizures.
