I have very probable Celiac, but nothing else that I know of.

I don't believe in germs causing ASDs to have higher frequency of autoimmune disease. It is conuterintuitive, especially if one does not believe in a causative route between autoimmune disease and ASDs.

What I do believe is that NT immune-system genes are attacking Aspie immune systems genes (and vice verse), and this is why many different autoimmune diseases are more common in ASD. Ultimately, it is the result of immune system gene-incompability between NTs and Aspies (and indirectly between Hs and Hn).

If my friend would be diagnosed I think she'd be PDD-nos. She has autoimmune hepatitis.
