I always walk with my head down for in the way of freeing up processing strings in the brain like site and all that. it helps when someone has squeaky breaks or belt. I fell it to be comfortable to relax those muscles. Also I use the lower amount to listen to podcasts when I walk to were I can consentrate on the audio because not all podcast have the same volume in the sound waves.

I have bad balance, and the slightest change in the ground can cause me to trip so I constantly keep my head down scanning. Other perks of this are I don't have to have weird times when people look at me and I look at them confused.
