I did it again today, but it more of a giggle and a smile when that wasn't called for. Mum was telling me something serious. I think it is because I don't know what to say in return to comments that I smile and giggle instead. I should just say nothing, makes me look better.
Also when I'm telling the truth, I smile, so it appears that I'm fibbing when I'm not.
